For everyone to have an enjoyable stay with us please read and co-operate with our policies below:
Arrival time: 1:00 p.m. onwards.
Departure time is 10:00 a.m. for sites and accommodation. Please drop keys at office or place your key through office door if outside office hours.
One night deposit required when booking. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for full time booked.
Cost of damage to property or accommodation will be recovered. Any extra cleaning will incur a cleaning cost.
Peak seasons deposits/payments are non refundable.
Non peak seasons – if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable.
Any refund will be less a $20.00 cancellation & administration fee per unit/site.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our consent.
Deposits/payments are non-refundable for no shows. A non-show is considered a cancelled booking.
Cancellation Policy for Groups: If groups cancel within 30 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable. Any cancellations outside 30 days of arrival our cancellation & administration fee of $20 per unit/site will be deducted.
Children to be controlled and supervised by parents at all times.
In fairness to guests we ask that the playground not be used after dark.
Visitors must report to the office. Your visitors are your responsibility and should depart by 10:00 pm. Visitors cars are to be parked on the road. Please note: At peak times and event weekends we have a No Visitor policy due to the holiday park being at full capacity.
Conduct & Noise Policy
We expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times to all other guests. No noise after 10.00 p.m. and before 7.00 a.m. except NEW YEARS EVE. Reasonable dress and behaviour at all times. Excessive drinking and parties are prohibited. Alcohol may be consumed on your site, in your unit or in the communal BBQ areas within reason. Bad language and abusive or offensive behaviour is not permitted at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the park any person who in their opinion does not conduct themselves in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances.
All caravans, including camper vans must have an electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (NZS 5428:1996). All camper vans and caravans must have their own waste water container. Chemical toilets must be emptied in dump station.
Electricity can only be connected through an approved isolating transformer or RCD Safety Switch.
Vehicle speed in park is limited to a walking pace only.
All our accommodation units are Non Smoking. Also, outside the Communal Kitchen area is Non Smoking. Please respect this.
Not admitted – unless pre-arranged.
To be recycled or wrapped and placed in receptacles provided at recycling stations.
No open or charcoal fires to be used – please use the BBQ’s provided.
Breach of any of these rules, Health & Safety or Fire regulations may result in you being required to leave the park immediately – without refund.
